Sunday favourites


In a week when Arlene Phillips was replaced by Alesha Dixon, we've been raging about yet another women over 40 being removed from our screens. first Moira Stewart, Joan Bakwell and now Arlene. Don't get me wrong, we love Alesha. She's beautiful, with a great personality, and a real va va voom aout her. But Arlene is one of the top choreographers in the world, it just doesn't make sense.
Anyway, we loved this article in the today's Sunday Times -How to be Sexy at 60.
It celebrates femininity and sexuality in a positive way.

Apparently the words " I love you!"brings you £163,424 worth of happiness. What the f**k?!*!
According to a poll of 1000 British people polled on happiness. We are intrigued by the idea that being in a "stable reationship" is worth £154,849.
